Am I going to have time to do all this?
Yes! One of the first things we look at is your lifestyle and time management, so that we can arrange training around your busy work and social life. We will take the time to ensure that you are not ‘overwhelmed’ by the steps I’m asking you to take in the program. I have worked with people who work 9-5, 6 days a week as well as raising children whilst enrolling on the program. We always make time to not only complete the required sessions, but to have fun whilst doing it!

I have worked intimately with morbidly obese clients, I have seen the struggles that my clients go through physically and emotionally and I know that my program works as you have seen on many well known weight loss documentary series. I don’t just care about you losing weight, I want to help you improve the other struggles you have in your life that make you unhappy and as a result of your weight loss we will be able to address these issues.
I only coach morbidly obese individuals and I am solely dedicated to helping YOU change your life. I don’t force clients into an exercise blueprint that may not suit them just because it worked for someone else. As a result my clients receive highly focused, specific coaching on how to lose up to 10 stone, get sky high confidence, look and feel great and completely change their life in 6-12 months.
You talked about losing 10 stone but I don’t want to lose that much weight … is this right for me?
YES! If you are still in the morbidly obese category and have a lot of weight to lose. The Save My Life formula works on YOUR terms. Whether you want to lose 10 stone or 6 stone then that’s great, we will not push you to do anything you do not want to do, you are in control.

You talk a lot about mind set and preparing for the future, but I don’t want that stuff, can we skip it?
No. The program is designed to be highly motivating and everlasting, giving you the tools you need to never put weight on again. I understand making big changes to your lifestyle can be challenging but it is the most crucial part of the entire program. If your mind set isn’t correct, you will struggle with the intensity of this program. You must be 100% committed for change before starting this program and if you are not we WILL NOT accept you.
What type of person do I have to be to make this program work for me?
You just need to have the desire to make a change in your life, to lose weight and to maintain this for the future. You could have tried surgery or other weight loss methods in the past that have worked, but are simply a quick fix and you piled the weight back on again, it doesn’t matter. If you haven’t yet experienced the Save My Life program you have not yet experienced what you need to do to consistently lose weight and make big changes in your life.
You defiantly need to not be a sceptic. I make it my priority NOT to work with people who are looking for a reason why they won’t succeed and will not give the program 100%. For what type of person is this program not for?
As above, this won’t work for sceptics and whiners. We won’t enjoy working together and I really don’t want to waste your time and money.
It also won’t work for people who believe they can give their all, but only need to 80% of the time. For example; what is the point of dieting and working out religiously 5 days per week and then binging out on crap food and drink at the weekend? I appreciate that binging and eating comfort food can also be due to other psychological factors and in some cases a disorder (which we will address). But if you are a big socialiser spending a lot of your time eating and drinking and are not willing to give some things up, this program is not for you. You will have to make lifestyle changes and sacrifices on this program, if you are having second thoughts about this, it is not for you.
Will I get coaching on all my problems?
Yes! I will guide you through everything you need, nutrition/diet, exercise, time management etc. We also have a specialist team available to you consisting of psychologists and therapists.

Starting your coaching/training is the next step on your life changing journey. Depending on what program you enrol on will depict the amount of time we spend together each week. BUT I will be there 24/7 to support you, and my services could range from talking you through shopping lists for the right food in your local super market, to regular workout sessions, to helping you train and complete an event or physical task you have never completed before. I guarantee we will become friends, not just trainer and client. The secret to success is a strong working relationship over the period of your program, this will yield great results for you.
